THE MOST COMMON QUESTION

Veröffentlicht in Archive

The F.A.C. was asked last week, what the most common question in the last 10 years ?

Is easy to answer:

I need a Visa, which I am entitled to buy Land.

Answer - Foreigner cannot own a Land in the Philippines, with the exception of the Philippine Constitution, specifically Article XII, Section 7”

Section 7 - save in cases of hereditary Succession, no Private Lands shall be transferred or conveyed except to Individuals, Corporations, or Associations qualified to acquire or hold Lands of the Public Domain -

Many claim that Retirement Visa or the Quota Visa is entitled to buy land. That's nonserious Like Trickery !
