Extension of stay in the Philippines

In case of a temporary visitor’s visa holder whose stay in the Philippines will exceed the authorized period of stay, he/she will have to report to the Bureau of Immigration, secure an extension of stay and pay the corresponding immigration fees.  Information on fees for extension of stay and other Immigration fees are available at the Bureau of Immigration.

Following countries are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for stay of Passport:

( 59 ) days ( 7 ) days
European Union
South Africa

United Kingdom
                             Israel                
                             Brazil

Hong Kong ( SAR )

Macao ( SAR )
British Overseas ( BNO )
Portuguese ( Macao only )

What is SVEG ?

The SVEG is a special Visa issued to a qualified Non-Immigrant Foreigner who shall actually employ at least ten (10 ) Filipinos in a lawful and sustainable enterprise, trade or industry.

Where do I process the SVEG ?
The FAC Team promotes together with the Bureau of Immigration to do process the new SVEG Visa for our FAC Member`s.

Our Future work ( SRR Visa )



Members of Philippine Retirement Authority with SRR Visa already has a special agreement with Foreign Assistance Center Philippines. Foreigners and former Filipino citizens who are 35 years old and above can now enjoy the privileges that come with the acquisition of a long-stay visa processed within 10      business days after their submission of requirements.


The Foreign Assistance Center Philippines will soon extend co-operation with the Philippine Retirement Authority ( SRR Visa )
