Foreign Assistance Center  We are a  Non-Government Organization ( NGO ), of following aspects:

T his F.A.C. (Foreign Assistance Center Philippines) Office is the first in the Philippines. With this, it is our Intention to create this F.A.C. Office to Foreign Citizens:
The F.A.C. provide all legal residing Foreigners, Retirees, Guests and Investors with their given RIGHTS under the Philippine Laws, Immigration Law in legal and Family Code etc., in advise, inform or precede any necessary procedure to prevent them from any unlawful influence or harmful acts, in courts and Immigration to attract with those Security and of their Rights and obligations, more Retirees, Tourists and Investors from around the world to the Philippines, together with the Philippine Retirement Authority and the Bureau of Immigration, to present RESPONSIBILITY from both sides, that more Retirees and Investors feel that the Philippines is a SAFE HAVEN, to create our economic development under the presidential program and coordination with the accredited Embassy.

The founder of our NGO, who integrate our FAC, are Prof.+dean of LAW Alex L. Monteclar, BISHOP Juan Pring and Alfred Lehnert as President. Our NGO works also together with the Ombudsman to file the necessary cases to Abuser.

The Philippine Government with the BUREAU of IMMIGRATION and the PHILIPPINE RETIREMENT AUTHORITIES supporting our F.A.C. office, to provide from our independent Organization foreigners with another Culture or language, in  more information for security and Justice, even sometimes build bridges of understanding.

A Future Project of the Foreign Assistance Center - FAC

   SIMPLY SAID - TO HELP OFW'S, TO FIGHT FOR THEIR INHERENT RIGHTS, WHEREVER THEY ARE, IS A UNIVERSAL VALID LAW.
 

The FAC Chairman with the Board of Directors wishes to announce, its future Project of extending its Services to OVERSEA Filipino WORKERS. This planned project is firmly grounded on the Facts, that our OFW'S are the prove treasured of the Philippine Economy, who continuously push the growth of its National GDP. It is the F.A.C. intention - To provide the OFW'S our assistance whenever and wherever needed and provide them knowledge, to avoid any ABUSES or harmful act's abroad, because they seemed quite far under the law of this Countries where they are working,- and just fully depend on themselves in CRUCIAL or HELPLESS situations for simply reasons of misunderstanding due to language barriers, lack of knowledge of the presents laws, and diverse culture of Countries, where they work for a living. The F.A.C., in close cooperation and collaboration with the PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT intend to provide the million's of OFW'S around the world the following: 


  • Assistance through informative advises, to prevent them from any ABUSES abroad.
  • Assistance to report ABUSES direct or in filing of Cases.
  • Close cooperation with the political abroad, to solve problems affecting OFW'S and enforce their Human Rights.
  • Find ways and act as their ' legal Counsel' , to talk this foreign language and build bridges of understanding.
