Bye-Bye - Customer Friendliness

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) publish on 25. September 2019 Advisory No 19-08 with follow of the same tenor:

"As per Instruction by the Secretary of this Department, effective 01. October 2019, applicant foreign national's who will secure Alien Employment Permits (AEP) shall be required personally to file their Application for Issuance of working Permits and shall personally claim their AEP Cards from this Office."

It is to be regretted that the Department of Labor and Employment make latterly decisions incomprehensible. The FAC Team can't understand it. According to the MOTTO: "We can never see past the choices we don't understand".

The Trend is towards to needlessly complicated.
